What do we care about the original surface suitable brush.
This can be very difficult. The "brush" brush is not really. It consists of a large drum Sanders, which the steel, the "grain" Finish ".
Most polishing pads (Scotch Brite, etc.) are extremely thin and even before the end tends to polish, paint to remove scratches. What I mean is that the result is a bright spot, which removes the line brush.
Try it with a piece of sandpaper wet or dry, with a little water or even a little oil, like WD40.
The grains, which you should try to be # 320, # 400, # 600th
Try it in a hidden area before treating with scratches, so you will know what the guests are driven by the door or to ruin.
I worked for the company from a sterilizer in hospital and had extensive experience in removing scratches on stainless steel plates, and sometimes it was cheaper to replace the panel tried to spend time to match the original surface, unless, of course, was that the trialand polished surface (easy to match, no grain or texture)
You might try 3M Finesse-it Polish, either by hand or with a buffer of Dremel rotary tool, because it contains aluminum oxide, is harder than stainless steel and then polished by the disposal of small quantities of the same. Only the silicon carbide and diamond are harder than aluminum oxide.
My parents had bought a house in the sixties with all stainless steel in the kitchen. I grew up cleaning. You can use a fine steel wool and keep the lines of "corn". This has ruined me for all kitchen with stainless steel. We were constantly cleaning everything with Windex. Good luck.
I do not know how well it works, but when I worked for a restaurant that they had made of polished stainless steel. You can buy almost any business. It comes in an aerosol like spray paint.
Good luck:)
We use 3M stainless steel cleaner and polish our sinks, or you can use the Polish Diamond Plate tool box, and you can buy at Wal-Mart, in the middle of the car.
Server for a friend. It is sold in most stores in the same corridor as scouring powder.
